Refunds and Returns

At Ngoma, we are committed to offering quality wellness products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of our herbal health range, most of our products are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we do allow returns and refunds under specific conditions as outlined below.

Non-Returnable Products

Please note that most Ngoma products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Herbal tonics
  • Capsules or ingestible products
  • Opened or used items

These products cannot be returned due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns.

Returnable Items – Soaps Only

We allow returns, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • You can provide proof of purchase.

If your return meets these criteria, please contact our support team before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • You cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • You received a damaged product (with photo proof).
  • You returned an unopened product as per the conditions above.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after we confirm the returned item meets the policy requirements.

No Refunds or Returns If:

  • The packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • The item is returned after the 7-day window.
  • You changed your mind after opening or using the product.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at admark@ngoma.co.za with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number (Reference)
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged)

We will get back to you within 1 working days with further instructions
